In less than three weeks, schools will reopen for a new school year in Romania. But this coming school year will be different than the previous ones because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the number of coronavirus cases in Romania has increased, the Government decided to reopen schools.
Precaution measures will be implemented to assure students’ and teachers’ safety. Physical distancing, disinfection and mask-wearing will be the main measures. If any coronavirus cases will be identified in a school (more than 3 cases), the activity in that school will be suspended and it will be continued online.
The risk level is significant but hopefully, students and teachers will do their best to carry on their activity as previously.
