Customer building relation

For success in business Making, customer relations are very important. Because in the market, nowadays very tough competition. Industries or companies want customers to purchase their products more. They want to attract more customers to there services and products. They provide different types of services so that customers like their services and take services from them. As we know communication is a key to any good relationship, communication is an essential way to build customer relationships. The market provides services which fulfill the customers need. when customers’ needs are satisfied then they take more services from that company or industry, and if he doesn’t like the service that he takes, then again he can’t take services from them.

How to build the customers relations

There are 4 ways to build relations with customers
1) customers are stranger:-
First is customers are stranger, they don’t know about your companies services. In this stage, the company has to make efforts to aware the customers about his services. Through advertisements companies aware of the customers about his services. There are many ways to aware the customers about your services like advertisements, emails, and the internet, etc.
2) customers as acutance:-
After watching the advertisements customers take services from your company. This is time, now companies have to give good services to the customers. If customers like the services then he again takes services from that company and if a customer doesn’t like the services then he can’t take another service from them. In this stage companies have to deal with customers in a good way, they have to gain the trust of customers.
3) customers are as a friend:-
When customers are satisfied with your services and they take your service again and again the companies have to treat like a friend. When companies treat customers as a friend then customers share there needs and problems with companies and company provide services according to them. Now there is a relation is create and customers build there trust in the company.
4) customer as a partner
When a company treats customers as a friend then they take opinion from them. The market is dynamic. It can change according to the customer’s needs. So in this situation companies can take opinions from there customers and make changes according to there needs and requirements. They work as a partner they take feedback from customers about there services and make changes as they want.
