Entrepreneurs Are Born or Made?
A Person who bears risk is Entrepreneur but questions are: Whether an Entrepreneur is born or made? An Entrepreneur does not have different body or muscles they are the same as others. We have seen many businesses get closed due to huge losses or bankruptcy. It is not sure that a good businessman’s son or daughter can be a good entrepreneur. They have different interest in different areas. Anyone can become an entrepreneur if he/she starts his/her own business if they have a passion.
Entrepreneurs Are Made.
Entrepreneurs are not naturally born, but naturally made.
An entrepreneur is made from failures and success, past and present experiences and by interest. The main quality of entrepreneurship is innovation and creativity which comes naturally. Entrepreneurial qualities may not come naturally, it can be inculcated by training also if a person is interested. There are a lot of examples of people who were not born entrepreneur but became one :
- Dhirubhai Ambani was working on a petrol pump. He started his own business and became successful.
- Warren Buffett was not born as an entrepreneur. He also started his business with his previous earning and became a successful businessman.
-Ratan Tata was also not born an entrepreneur.
-KFC, Mc Donald, Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook’s founder). So, Be Your Own Boss! Become a Job Creator, not a Jobseeker.
