Relation building with customer
As it is the well-known concept that customer is king of the business world today so it is the prime responsibility of businessman to build a strong relationship with to survive in to competitive.
Therefore business management should take people to care for their customers and bring an innovative idea for the settlement of society.
Customer is stranger:- if the customer is stranger i.e. not so closely related them. Firstly you talk with them about their taste, liking, preference afterward offer them products and services according to their wishes. This will help you to build a good relationship with theirs.
Customers as acquittance:- Customers are no stranger. They are now known to the company. Now they will come to you to avail of the services and by the satisfaction with your services, they will tell to several people.
Customers are friends:- when customers are your friends then it is very much easy to get their wishes to fulfill because you know every customer and they also know what type of product they have to take.
Customers are partners:- when the customer becomes your good friend they are as a partner of the company what is good and what is bad, and also they suggested for good service, This will help you and your business grow to diversify and expansion of business activities.
