Customer relations are the relationships that a business has with its customers and how it treats them. Customer relations is the department within a company that deals with complaints from customers. It involves developing a business philosophy and several strategies, systems, and programs, to identify profitable customers and build customer loyalty.
Customers are strangers: – Yes, they are strangers to us when we first deal with them. But by dealing with customers well, our business can get a boost.
Customers are acquaintances: – When customers come back, we recognize our customers, and we are ready to provide them better services than ever before. Which brings great benefits to our business.
Customer as a friend: -The term “best friend” has a special designation. They deserve a higher level of attention and appreciation. Companies can improve customer loyalty and sales revenue by segmenting their most loyal customers and rewarding them with special treatment, offers, communications or promotions.
Customer as a partner: -Customer partnership is a shared journey to create a future for both parties that is better than either could have developed alone. The customer influences every aspect of your business and is the foundation of your organization’s success. In today’s turbulent times of rapid and chaotic change,no force is more grounding and stabilizing than a partnership with customers.
