HEALTH AND FITNESS
As we all know that the health is most important for every individual and everyone should take care of it, but how many of us are actually taking care of health? Now a days our food habits, sleeping routine and lifestyle do not help us to stay healthy and fit. For staying fit we must include some regular exercise in our daily routine and must start having fresh and healthy food instead of junk food and we must have to protect our body from intake of harmful substances.
Being fit doesn’t mean spending hours in gym and on machines. What we actually need is to change our routine activities like woke up before sun-rise and have some walks and jogging in the morning. We can prefer staircases instead of lifts, using cycle instead of using bike or car for short distances. We also can try yoga for keeping ourselves fit and healthy. Changing food habits is also necessary. For staying fit and healthy nutritious and fresh food is must but due to our lifestyle we are habitual of junk food now a days. So we must change our food habits too and start drinking lots of water.
Doing these little changes in our lifestyle will give us energy and confidence, will reduce stress and anxiety , improve our immune system and will help to keep us fresh and active. So what we need is to change our lifestyle and need some time for ourselves to keep ourselves fit and healthy.
