Why is it important to eat? Yes, it seems like a silly question when I ask again. In fact, the absurd thing is to eat too much or hardly eat on the very few lines. Because in both cases, health problems are waiting to knock the door…
Secondly, I want to talk about overweight people that we see more on the street. In our circle, somebody is faced with this situation whether we want it or not. According to the news and articles I have read, there are many reasons for this. The important thing is not to excuse these reasons. I think that we should strive individually. What conditions are waiting for you if you are overweight; Let me give a few examples. once you get tired quickly, heart, vein, psychological stress, self-liking, social phobia, not being able to go out, not finding a lover, not finding someone to marry, not getting pregnant … I have experienced it only in my environment, although it is not scientific. Now it is good to live with such problems or to be a healthy weight. Let’s make an effort for this, consume regular, healthy food, and let’s not stick and live our asses like watermelons.

The other extreme is those who eat little or consume unhealthy ready-made food. I really don’t understand this group. I don’t want to understand much. Because while there are so many delicious foods in the world, it does not make sense to consume them within the possibilities and not to taste those flavours. Look, after a while, your stomach does not accept food even if you want. Your body is committing suicide slowly. It is very painful. your body is now bankrupt, even if you don’t want it.
Let’s eat healthy foods, not waste, let’s not forget that half of the world is hungry, although they do not want to.
Eating healthy is self-esteem, let’s eat healthy at home, do not upset anyone.
