Nature of culture

In its narrow sense culture is understood to refer to such activities as dance, drama, music, and festivals.in true sense culture is understood as that complex whole which includes knowledge, beliefs, morals, law, customs and other capability and habits acquired by an individual as a member of society. Especially culture constants of thought on behavior patterns that members of society learn through language and other forms of symbolic interaction. Their customs, habits, belief, and values the common viewpoints that bind them together as a social entity. Culture change gradually, picking up new ideas and dropping old ones, but many of the cultures of the past have been so persistent and self-contained that the impact of any sudden change tears them apart, uprooting their people psychological.

Learned-culture is not inherited or biological-based, it is acquired by learning and experience.

Shared-people as members of a group, organizations, or society share culture, it is not specific to specific individuals.

Transgenerational-culture is trans generational, pass from one generation to next.

Symbolic-culture is based on the human capacity to symbolize for use one thing to represent another.

Patterned- the culture has structure and is integrated or change in one part will bring changes as another.

Adaptive – culture is based on the human capacity to change or tab as opposed to the more genetical driven adaptive process of animals.

Purpose- the culture has a purpose in terms of achieving a common objective. Perceived success will reinforce the culture and can make it strong.

Pervasive- and every individual irrespective of religion reason race-ethnicity as a culture. the person is largely influenced by culture II which he or she is a part of.

Essential culture is understood as human means of adapting to circumstances and transmitting this coping skill and knowledge to subsequent generations. Culture gives people a sense of who they are or belonging to how they should behave and what they should be doing. Culture impacts behavior morale and productivity at work and include patterns that influence company attitudes and actors.
