An unanswered question; What is academic ethics?
First, it is helpful to present a general view to the stakeholders. The owner of the work, the author, the reviewer, that is, the referee and/or the editor and the publisher. Each actor has his field of action and rules to follow, or harmony is required.
In this blog, the author will be discussed this with the stakeholders.
The author is the legal responsibility for the study. Therefore, even if other stakeholders are wrong, the study owner should be held primarily responsible because it should be known that the author should prepare his work consciously and responsibly in academic writing. It should refrain from stealing and reflecting a non-existent phenomenon as if it had a result. He should not try to do the work he has not done as if he did it at a desk. Moreover, the writer should constructively take criticisms and make an effort to improve his work. However, we see many writers approach the criticism made against them with prejudice. The criticism should be handled with academic language and style and should strive to produce better works. In other words, as writers, we should be able to take unlimited close tolerance against criticism.
In the end, although everyone has something to say, it should be considered how we can better heal ourselves by saying I wonder, rather than defending ourselves against criticism in our daily life.
