If service is related to tangible things then features play an important role in it. Like in Food outlets which are provided in the restaurants is the best example for tangible service quality in which customers look forward to the appearance of food, taste and mainly cleanliness and may also be other facilities related to it.
On the other hand intangible like bank service quality depends upon how easily customers can get or rectify their transactions. If banks less time or resolve every problem of customer quality then that bank get a good place in good service and vice versa if the process takes much time in banks.
