Now the days the trend of mushroom cultivation is proved a boom for former because mushroom cultivation is very easiest, smooth without risk cultivation procedure. This cultivation neither need of field nor excess hardworking as well as no need for excess inputs. In the recent era, people too much prefer the mushroom in the place of mutton and cheese. People like mushroom dishes on every occasion because of their good nutritional value and have easily digestible property. So, the mushroom has good demand in the local and international market.
The demands of the mushroom created good job opportunity for our Indian farmers. They have successfully grown the mushroom in their excess rooms and shelters nearest their homes and produced high quantity in the very subtle area and selling of the mushroom in the retail market with reasonable price. Different variety of edible mushroom is used to grow in different ways, need low temperature according to their surviving.
